Prior to sending item(s) for exchange, please, contact us by email – info@nalini.cc – and let us know what item(s) including the size and color so we can make sure that we have the item(s) for exchange available. Please include your order number in the email.

Returns for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Credits will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of returned item(s).

Items returned must be new with all the tags attached. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in the same condition that you received them.

We recommend that you send your returns/exchanges with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN LABEL.

WASHING
Wash cool, 86ᵒ F (30ᵒ C) with like colors.
Cooler temps maintain better longevity for you apparel. Like colors, especially lights, will remain more vibrant when washed with like colors. We recommend hand washing or place items inside-out in mesh was bag designed for delicate items prior to washing om “handwash” cycle. Avoid exposing clothing to friction, rubbing, or wringing.

DELICATE DETERGENT ONLY
Use DELICATE detergent. Do not bleach, avoid detergents not designed for delicate items or dry cleaning.
Non-delicate detergents & bleach can break down the fibers and elastane in the garment, dramatically reducing its life. We recommend delicate detergents for elastane products and wool detergent for wool blend clothing.

CLOSE ALL FASTENINGS
This goes also for other garments mixed in with your cycling apparel, Velcro closure or clasp can catch on stitching or trim and damage your garments.

DRYING INSTRUCTIONS
Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry.
Avoid putting your cycling apparel in the dryer, even on low heat. This practice should be strictly avoided.
The application of heat or tumbling can greatly diminish the lifespan of your garments.
Each piece of cycling apparel usually contains a substantial amount of elastane (Lycra), which becomes weakened and brittle when exposed to heat. This process not only reduces the garment’s compressive abilities but also causes the fibers to break over time. Similarly, drying your garments under direct sunlight is not recommended as the UV rays cab fade and deteriorate the fabric.
