Refund policy

Albabici LLC will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange for a full refund of the product purchase price.

How to return an item

Prior to sending item(s) for exchange, please, contact us by email – info@nalini.cc – and let us know what item(s) including the size and color so we can make sure that we have the item(s) for exchange available. Please include your order number in the email.

Please, include the executed form with your shipment.

Returns for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Credits will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of returned item(s).

Items returned must be new with all the tags attached. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in the same condition that you received them.

We recommend that you send your returns/exchanges with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost packages.
